Since the inception of its robotics program in 2004, Roswell Park has performed more than 800 robot-assisted surgeries, including 600 robot-assisted radical prostatectomies. Roswell Park has also performed more than 100 robot-assisted cystectomies, and has used the robotic system for treatment of other genitourinary cancers, as well as some gynecologic, gastrointestinal and thoracic cancers.
